IOSH Working Safely Training
Course on Working Safely
Help staff to comply with statutory and company H&S requirements
Everyone at work should have an understanding of why they must ‘work safely’.
All non-managerial staff should have a basic knowledge of safe and healthy working practices.
Employees should also be able to comply with both statutory requirements and those of their employer in accordance with the company Health and Safety policy.
Employees can help minimise and remove risks
Those who attend this course will learn what a ‘hazard’ is and find out how to recognise the most common workplace hazards and how they happen. They’ll also learn how to minimise the risk or even remove it all together.
Understanding the ways in which industry affects our environment and learning that we can all help reduce pollution and waste, can only benefit everyone.
Even when all possible risks are removed, it doesn’t mean accidents don’t happen. The IOSH Working Safely course will teach delegates to recognise safety signs and how to report incidents.
